On Sunday March 5 the cross country nationals were held in Amsterdam. The race was tough; a muddy, hilly, and narrow course and there was a lot of competition. Kamiel Jacobs and Lars Biemans competed in this race.
Every competitor aimed for a spot in the front of the pack to have a good position on the narrow course. So just after the start everyone sprinted away to get into the desired position which resulted in a lot of pushing. Kamiel and Lars did a good job. Lars finished 55th and Kamiel took the 12th place!
