On Saturday May 13 three teams presented NSAV 't Haasje at the NSK Ekiden in Eindhoven. An Ekiden is a marathon relay. A team, which consists of 6 persons, has to run 3x5km, 2x10km and 7,2 km to complete a marathon!
Our women's team started well and kept it up the whole race. Therefore they won the golden medal. The men's team had to chase the other student athletics associations. They worked their way forward to the third place. The mixed team did a good job and won the first prize.
After the race we had a delicious BBQ at the track. We want to thank E.S.A.V. Asterix for organizing this event!
