History
Nijmeegse Studenten Atletiek Vereniging 't Haasje is a student athletics club that has been founded bij a group of runners in the mid-seventies. The name 't Haasje (the little hare) is derived from the Dutch word 'haas' which not only means 'hare' but 'paces' as well. In 1979 the club members (Haasjes) decided to join the Dutch Athletics Union. On 19 November 1979 NSAV 't Haasje officially became an athletics association. One year later 't Haasje made its debut in the national competition. This happend on May 11 1980. In November 2017 't Haasje celebrated its 38th anniversary.
