On 10 and 11 June the national student champs track and field were held in Enschede. The day started early for Marloes. At 9 AM hammerthrow started. Marloes also competed in long jump and 400m sprint. At the latter she won the bronze medal. In the 110m hurdles race Bram and Coen were competing. Bram had to defend his title and he succeeded winning the golden medal.
At the middle and long distance races multiple Haasjes competed! Margo improved her PB by one second in the 800m race. Lars finished third in the 1500m race and Luuk crossed the 5000m finish line secondly.
After a good night's rest it was time for the Olympic relay in the FBK stadium in Hengelo. These were part of the supporting events in the FBK games! Goal for the Haasje women was the third place. They did it! A wonderful result! Afterwards they could enjoy their medals and the headlines of the FBK Games of course.
