This committee is often filled by members who have performed a board function or members who are involved and active in the association in another way.
Every year in the summer, 't Haasje organizes a drop-in competition together with Nijmegen Athletics: the Nijmegen Meeting. The Track Competition Committee organizes this competition together with Nijmegen Athletics. It is a fun and accessible competition, where many PRs are broken every year.
Of course, 't Haasje is represented with a team at the Batavierenrace every year. The Batacommissie arranges participation and is responsible for the organization during this great weekend.
Unfortunately this race will not take place this year, but we will definitely be there if it does take place again!!
This committee organizes our annual club weekend every year at the end of the introductory period. A large group of Hares leaves for a beautiful location where all kinds of informal activities are on the program.
The Coenein editorial team is the press agency of 't Haasje. Together this committee (tries to) publish our club magazine the Coenein 5 times a year. The events committee is responsible for the organization of the Haasje activities, such as the barbecue, the dinner roll and the Heel Haasje Bakt. There are regular events that are organized every year, but there is often a desire for new ideas.
The training weekend committee organizes a training weekend in a suitable environment every year in the autumn and spring. In the autumn we often travel to a hilly area and in the spring we often visit one of our fellow athletics clubs.
Every year this committee ensures that 't Haasje is represented at the introduction of Radboud University and the Arnhem and Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences. For example, this committee ensures that people are arranged to help during the sports days of the introduction and this committee is present with a number of other members at the introduction markets of Radboud and HAN.
The Audit Committee consists of at least two people. This committee was established to independently monitor the implementation of financial management by the board. The task of the Kasco is to check the treasurer's administration for correctness and traceability. She also provides recommendations on how the association can deal with its financial situation in the future. In addition to checking on the treasurer, the cashier is also there to provide the treasurer with advice or help with problems.
Every year, 't Haasje organizes the Leemkuilcross in collaboration with Cifla. Every year, there are members who help organize or participate in this hilly cross-country race themselves. This is extra special, because we also organize the NSK cross!
Next year the time has come: the 45th anniversary of 't Haasje, which means the 9th lustrum. The committee is already busy setting up activities during this period, but is also busy coming up with a theme and appropriate clothing.
The materials committee is responsible for the management of the materials shed and the materials of 't Haasje.

This year, 't Haasje is organizing the NSK cross at our own Leemkuil. Participating is guaranteed to give you wonderfully sore legs and a big smile on your face.
