Dutch Student Championships
Eight NSKs are evaluated every year by the Dutch Student Athletics Federation ZeuS divided among the different SAVs. If you want to participate in the NSKs on the track (so track, indoor, all-around and teams), you need a competition license from the Athletics Union. For all other NSKs you do not need a license, and therefore everyone can participate! After each NSK you can have a nice meal together and/or party in the student city where the competition is held. Curious about what kind of NSKs there are? Then read on :).

Members of NSAV 't Haasje are active in competitions throughout the Netherlands. Competitions come in all different shapes and sizes. From student competitions such as NSK's and Batavierenrace to competition competitions and NL's. We also organize our own club competitions. Each Hare has his or her own goal and depending on this you can decide for yourself which competitions you participate in. Whether that means reaching a National Championship final or being the last one left at the party after the Bata. Whatever your goal, depending on the season and your discipline, there are different competitions throughout the year. Curious about which competitions Haasjes participate in? Then read on below or check the competition calendar!
Competition member
In order to participate in competitions on behalf of 't Haasje, it is important that you are a competition member at 't Haasje. You can request this via the secretary who will help you further. Some Dutch Student Championships, described in more detail below, are the only exception to this rule.
This is Nijmegen's most famous running competition, where athletes run (you guessed it) over the seven hills of Nijmegen. Does this sound like a bit too much? Then take part in the night run, a great run with lots of music and lights.
Have you always wanted to run fast across the Campus? Then the CampusRun is for you! This is a fun 5 km running race across the campus of Radboud University and it is a good training run for the Batavieren Race that will take place soon afterwards!
't Haasje has been organizing this cross together with AV Cifla for many years. The acclaimed and at the same time infamous stairs at the Leemkuil must be climbed several times (but thanks to the NSK stair race, bunnies are of course known for climbing stairs) and the course mainly consists of beautiful forest paths, buried under snow or mud. There is a choice between the short cross of 3600m and the long cross of 8400m
Nijmegen Global Athletics (NGA) is an international top athletics competition organized by Nijmegen Atletiek, Cifla and 't Haasje. The competition focuses on medium distances (800m, 1500m and 3/5km). This competition attracts many top athletes who try to run their own top time or even qualify for international competitions, such as the European Championships, World Championships, or for the Olympic Games. In addition to the existing main program, there is also a follow-up program for the avid competitive athlete and a forest run of 1 or 3 kilometers for everyone.
't Haasje organizes this annual event together with Nijmegen athletics. There are always many different events on offer, such as javelin throwing, long jump, triple jump and a 5km. During this evening competition there are always many Hares who participate or volunteer!
During this NSK you can participate in events of your choice, and you can also participate in the relay events as a team. Many athletes participate in this NSK every year, so in addition to the necessary sporting achievements, there is also room for fun.
Hills, sand and mud, that is the NSK cross. During this NSK, athletes run on a challenging unpaved course in a beautiful natural environment.
This NSK has taken place in our own Erasmus tower over the past few years. Purpose of this NSK? Brave half or the entire staircase of the Erasmus tower. You climb stairs every day, but do you want to convert this into a real achievement? Then participate in this event!
