The text below is the club record regulations of NSAV 't Haasje as introduced on November 7, 2002 at the AGM of 't Haasje. In the future, performances qualifying for a club record or best performance will be assessed according to the 10 points as described. It goes without saying that equaling or improving the old performance is the first requirement for awarding a club record or best performance.
If situations arise that are not provided for in these record regulations, the regulations of the Athletics Union will be followed as much as possible.
- A distinction is made between Club Records (CR) and Best Performances (BP). Club records can be established in those areas in which the Athletics Union recognizes national records. Best Performance is located on obsolete parts. The components are divided into the two categories below.
- Only Club Records and Best Performances will be recognized in the senior category. At 't Haasje it is therefore not possible to set junior or veteran records (CRs and BPs are independent of age, but can only be achieved according to specifications of the senior category).
- Records must be established in a competition sanctioned by the Athletics Union or other IAAF affiliated organization. It is also possible to set records on NSKs.
- Only the achievements of persons who are not competitive members of another association can be recognized as Club Record and Best Performance.
- Achievements are only eligible if they are also included in the official results of the competition.
- For running events up to and including the 400 meters, only performances recorded with fully automatic electronic time measuring equipment are eligible for record recognition.
- For Club records for running events up to and including the 200 meters, the long jump and the triple jump, the measured wind speed must be stated. No Club record will be recognized if the measured wind speed in the running or jumping direction is more than 2.0 m/s.
- A Club Record and Best Performance must be requested. Send an email to the competition secretary yourself! The recognition (or disapproval) will be published in CoeNein.
- Best performances delivered in road races are only eligible if the course is AIMS approved or certified by the Athletics Union (including correct distance, finish not lower than start).
- In road races using sound individual timekeeping systems (such as ChampionChip), net times are also eligible for Best Performance recognition.
