Location of the Erasmus building

The NSK stair race traditionally takes place in the Erasmus Building on the university campus. The address of this building is Erasmusplein 1, 6525HT Nijmegen.

Location of the secretariat

The secretariat opens at 4:45 PM on the day of the competition.

It's important that you register on time (no later than 30 minutes) for your event at the participants' desk in the foyer of the Erasmus Building. You will receive your start number and chip there. Please note: If you are participating in an NSK event, it's important that you have submitted proof of enrollment at a university or college in the 2025-2026 academic year or proof of graduation from the previous year.

Public transport

The university is easily accessible by public transport, both buses and train. 9292.nl Keep an eye on it. Because the food and party will take place at a different location, it's helpful to have a public transport bicycle (OV-fiets), which is available at Central Station.

Accessibility by car

There are plenty of parking spaces in the area around the Erasmus Tower, but an hourly rate applies.

You can register for the food, party, and sleepovers via a form, and this is possible until December 5th. If you can't make it, please let us know before December 5th and you'll get your money back.

To sleep

This year, we'll be sleeping at Haasjes's home. If you have a preference for who you'd like to stay with or who you'd like to share a room with, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Sleeping is free, and any breakfast costs will have to be paid for by yourself.

NB: For the relay, only one person per team needs to register their team name. You can then email the remaining participants to Trappenloopcie@haasjeatletiek.nl before December 5th! (Changes are possible on the day itself). If you want to participate in the NSK Relay, your team must consist of at least two women and everyone must study in the same city.
