Hidde Leenders' Clinic

Sweet little bunnies,

We have significantly broadened our knowledge of injuries and injury prevention recently. Therefore, it is now time to really put this into practice!!
On June 12, from 17:00 to 19:30, our own trainer Hidde will take us through an interactive clinic, using his knowledge of athletics and physiotherapy.
So, we are going to do exercises that you and I can use to get stronger and prevent injuries! This will include exercises for common athletics injuries.
Useful for everyone, completely free, and everyone is welcome!

Please note! This is not strength training; we are going to learn and practice how best to perform the exercises. It is not strength training and therefore does not interfere with the NSK Track Championships in the coming days!!
