On May 26, Stichting Hittebewust Sporten (led by Jasmijn Lau and Jippe Lasschuijt) is organizing a ThermoClinic for Haasje MiLa athletes & guests.
Please note: only the first 20 registrants can participate in the training with a CORE sensor; the rest can still train as usual, but without a sensor. There are currently 20 people who have indicated they want to train with the Core sensor. If you are among the first 23 people on the registration list and have indicated you wish to train, you can do so with a Core sensor.
What do you learn during the ThermoClinic?
. Insight into thermoregulation: knowledge from research by, among others, Physiology Radboudumc.
· Heat acclimatization and cooling strategies: insights from elite sports.
• Recognizing, treating, and preventing heat injury
. Perform better in warm conditions
• Insight into your core temperature during exercise by measuring with a CORE sensor.

18:30 – 19:30 Informative lecture
19:30- 20:45 Track training Miranda (measuring core temperature with
CORE sensor)
20:45 – 21:15 Analysis of CORE sensor results & discussion
Costs: ~€10.00 for Bunnies
(Attending only the lecture costs ~€7.50 for Haasjes and €10.00 for guests)
